Returns & Exchanges

Due to limited available quantities, all sales are final except for damaged goods. For damaged goods, we offer a return or exchange.

If an item appears to be damaged upon delivery, you must request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received.

To request a return or exchange, email sales@christiancowan.com with your order information, alongside details of the damage and images were necessary. 

Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any Fedex location.

We only accept returns of damaged items purchased directly from christiancowan.com

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds for Damaged Goods

For Damaged Goods only. Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sample Sales

Products purchased from occasional Sample Sales are sold in the condition as stated, and as such are not returnable under any circumstance.
